Demonstrated expertise in the domain can stand in place of the certificate. * At least three years of recent project management in a large IT organisation where the investments are substantial. * Experience of large digital transformation work in the public sector or an international organisation. * Working knowledge of the modern approaches the job touches: agile delivery, change management, business process modelling, cloud, data science, cyber security. * The ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy, in writing and in the room, and to brief a senior audience well. * Nice to have: ITIL Foundation, project management tooling and automation such as ServiceNow or an ERP, portfolio and programme practice such as MoP or MSP, acquisition and procurement procedure, and time in an international environment with both military and civilian colleagues. ## Description A multinational defence organisation is looking for a project manager who can carry a project from the first business case to the delivered capability. You would sit inside its project management office, take assigned projects end to end, and answer for time, cost and quality on each of them.
