+ Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met machine learning, inclusief projecten in productieomgevingen.
 + Een afgeronde HBO- of Masteropleiding, bij voorkeur in een kwantitatieve of technische richting.
 + Idealiter een specialisatie in Document AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP) of Computer Vision (CV).
 + Sterke vaardigheden in Python , ervaring met libraries zoals Pytorch / Tensorflow , scikit-learn , numpy , en idealiter ook moderne libraries zoals huggingface en langchain.
 + Ervaring met data engineering: SQL, ETL-pipelines, en data orchestration tools.
 + Sterk in MLOps en CI/CD : deployment, monitoring en retraining van modellen via bijvoorbeeld MLflow of Kubeflow.
 + Ervaring in cloud: Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Synapse, AWSSagemaker , SnowflakeML .
 + Bekend en bewust van de recente ontwikkelingen in het landschap van grote fundamentele modellen.
 + Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal vloeiend in woord en geschrift. Je bent communicatief sterk en houdt van de "schouders-eronder" mentaliteit. Net als wij.
