Dutch is strongly preferred because many client conversations, workshops and project activities in certain industries/sectors take place in Dutch. ## Description Our team helps clients use modern Microsoft platforms, trusted data and AI at scale. We work across the Microsoft ecosystem, from Azure and Fabric to Copilot, Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry, with security and governance embedded throughout. Our approach starts with the client's business and industry context rather than with technology alone. We translate client challenges into practical solutions and build reusable architectures, accelerators, demonstrations and delivery assets that improve both the speed and quality of our work. You will work with colleagues from different technical and consulting disciplines and with clients across a range of industries where you can expect responsibilities such as: * Supporting the design and implementation of Microsoft AI, data and cloud solutions. * Helping clients understand how AI can create business value and improve ways of working. * Contributing to workshops, solution design sessions and client discussions. * Building and testing AI solutions, copilots, agents, integrations and data platform components. * Developing reusable accelerators, demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for future client engagements. * Learning how enterprise AI platforms are designed, secured, governed and operated. * Working alongside experienced architects and engineers on complex transformation programmes. * Continuously developing your skills through training, certifications, mentoring and hands-on project experience., As a Microsoft AI Platform Consultant, you will help leading organizations turn the promise of AI into real business value. Working with the latest Microsoft technologies, you will design, build, and deliver intelligent solutions such as Copilots, AI agents, enterprise knowledge platforms, and innovative proof-of-concepts. Beyond AI solutions, you will help clients establish the modern data foundations that power enterprise-scale AI, leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and advanced data engineering platforms. You will work directly with clients to understand their challenges, translate business objectives into practical technology solutions, and contribute across the full project lifecycle, from strategy and solution design to implementation, testing, and deployment. Alongside a diverse team of Microsoft, AI, cloud, data, and security experts, you will continuously expand your technical and consulting skills while building the foundation for a future role as a Senior Consultant, Architect, or Technical Lead. AI depends on the quality of the platform and data behind it. You will help clients build and improve the foundations required for enterprise AI, including: * Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services * Data engineering pipelines and integrations * Lakehouse and enterprise data platform components * Data models and data products * Data governance and AI-ready data foundations with, for example, Microsoft Purview * Enterprise knowledge and intelligence layers in Microsoft IQ You will help design, develop and test AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies. Depending on the project, this may include: * Copilots and conversational experiences * AI agents and agentic workflows * Enterprise knowledge solutions * Prototypes, demonstrations and minimum viable products You are not expected to know all of these technologies when you join.
