Key Requirements: * Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex (Insurance preferred) organisations * Ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements and user stories * Capability to Model as-is / to-be processes using formal Modelling techniques * Experience of working in an Agile (Scrum) delivery model / set up * Previous experience of ensuring Non-Functional requirements are understood * Strong knowledge of Claims (systems and processes) * Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business process improvement * Experience of working in Agile delivery practices * Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills * Flexible approach towards hybrid working (1-2 days per week onsite) Nice to have: * Hands-on involvement in Policy Administration System transformation projects * Strong understanding of Claims / PAS platforms such as Guidewire, Acturis, Duck Creek, or similar * Good knowledge of CRM systems such as MS Dynamics / Salesforce / Peoplesoft ## Description Business Analyst - Insurance, Claims, CRM, Agile Up to £600 pd (Inside IR35) Brighton / London - Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite) 6 months My client is a high-profile Insurance firm who are urgently looking to hire a Business Analyst with proven Insurance industry experience, knowledge of Claims (systems and processes) and ideally have good knowledge of CRM systems.
