* Strong commercial experience in data analytics.
 * Advanced SQL skills.
 * Experience building dashboards and BI solutions using tools such as Looker, Omni, or similar.
 * Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Experience working with stakeholders and influencing decision-making through data.
 * Exposure to experimentation, analytics engineering, or Python is beneficial but not essential.
 * Gaming/betting experience is preferred
