## Description

A brilliant Secondary School is seeking an IT Technician to join its technical team in Cambridge. The role will provide 1st and 2nd line support to users, assisting with hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and basic networking issues., * Provide 1st and 2nd line support via helpdesk and on-site visits.

 * Troubleshoot Windows desktops, Microsoft 365 and connectivity issues.
 * Install and configure hardware and software.
 * Assist with IT projects, upgrades and deployments.
 * Support servers, backups and IT security.
 * Maintain accurate support records and resolve technical faults.
 * Work collaboratively with the wider IT team.
