## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
 * Advanced SQL development capability, ideally within Azure SQL Server environments.
 * Experience managing and supporting existing database environments and data platforms.
 * Strong understanding of data integration's, APIs, and troubleshooting complex data flows.
 * Proven ability to deliver end-to-end BI solutions, from backend architecture through to visualisation.
 * Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, with exposure to AWS or GCP advantageous.
 * Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Ability to work independently and operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
 * Commercial awareness and a strong focus on delivering business value through data.
 * Experience within media, agency, creative, or other fast-moving commercial organisations is beneficial.
 * Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, SAP-based platforms, or large-scale transformation programmes would be advantageous.

## Description

This is an opportunity to join a business undergoing a major data transformation programme, helping to build a trusted reporting environment across multiple business functions. You will play a key role in shaping data architecture, improving integration's, and delivering meaningful Power BI insights that support strategic decision-making.

The Role and Deliverables

 * Engage with senior stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and recommend BI solutions.
 * Take ownership of the existing Azure SQL Server environment, including databases, integrations, and API connections.
 * Troubleshoot data quality, connectivity, and integration issues across multiple business systems.
 * Support the development and enhancement of data warehouse architecture, data pipelines, and transformation layers.
 * Design and deliver intuitive Power BI dashboards for commercial, finance, operational, and HR stakeholders.
 * Translate complex business data into actionable insights and reporting outputs that support decision-making.
