## Description

* Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone, email and on-site
 * Diagnose and resolve Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware and connectivity issues
 * Install, configure and maintain PCs, peripherals and software
 * Support user accounts, devices and basic networking
 * Assist with infrastructure upgrades, deployments and IT projects
 * Provide support across servers, backups and security systems
 * Log, manage and resolve incidents through to completion
 * Work closely with colleagues to maintain a reliable IT environment
