## Description

A welcoming school based in Lowestoft is seeking an IT Technician to strengthen its internal technical department and handle a broad range of user-focused infrastructure tasks., * Provide day-to-day troubleshooting for desktop hardware, mobile devices, and local software packages.

 * Manage email accounts, mailing lists, and user access levels in Microsoft 365.
 * Assist engineers with network cable patching, switch management, and printer setups.
 * Participate in scheduled system upgrades, data migrations, and disaster recovery testing.
 * Provide remote assistance to field-based staff and desk-side support at the main office.
 * Keep accurate logs of recurring technical glitches to help prevent future downtime.
