* Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or IT Technician role.
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
 * Good understanding of Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

## Description

* Deliver day-to-day IT support to users across the business.
 * Resolve hardware, software, and system issues in a timely manner.
 * Support and administer Microsoft 365 and user accounts.
 * Assist with the maintenance of IT infrastructure, servers, and virtual environments.
 * Monitor systems, security tools, and ensure devices remain up to date.
 * Support business applications, reporting tools, and network connectivity.
