You will have experience of: * Working with ESRI technologies in an enterprise environment, including ArcGIS Enterprise/Server, ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online. * Developing and supporting GIS solutions across desktop, web and server environments. * GIS systems administration, configuration and support. * Spatial database and geodatabase design, administration and maintenance. * Delivering technical solutions to complex GIS or ICT challenges. * Managing projects and working collaboratively with customers and stakeholders. * Communicating complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Knowledge of SQL, cloud technologies, ETL processes, data integration, AI and emerging technologies would be advantageous. You will be a proactive and innovative problem solver with a passion for using geospatial technology to deliver business value. You will be comfortable working independently, leading projects and collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to drive continuous improvement and innovation. A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area, or substantial experience appropriate to the role, is essential. Relevant GIS or ICT professional qualifications are desirable. ## Description As a Senior Data and Insights Officer, you will provide specialist technical expertise, leadership and support for the Council's enterprise GIS environment. Working across a diverse range of services, you will help develop and deliver geospatial solutions that enable colleagues to make informed, evidence-based decisions.
