Working alongside an established Salesforce Administrator, you'll contribute to configuration, testing, workflow automation, reporting and release activities while bringing your own ideas and best practice recommendations to the project. Key Responsibilities Support the development and configuration of a client-facing Salesforce Experience Cloud portal Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions Create and enhance workflows, automations, and user journeys Assist with testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities Improve reporting, dashboards, and platform visibility Help optimise the user experience across the customer portal Contribute to release management and user acceptance testing processes Share recommendations and best practices to support ongoing platform developmentWhat We're Looking
