* Strong commercial experience as a Data Engineer working with Databricks in production.
 * Excellent knowledge of Apache Spark, Delta Lake and Databricks Workflows.
 * Strong Python and SQL skills.
 * Understanding of Lakehouse architecture, ETL/ELT and distributed data processing.
 * Databricks certification highly desirable.

## Description

* Build and optimise scalable Databricks/Spark data pipelines across batch and streaming workloads.
 * Develop Lakehouse solutions using Delta Lake and medallion architecture.
 * Implement data quality, monitoring, governance and security across the platform.
 * Work closely with Data Scientists, Analysts and Product teams to deliver high-quality data products.
 * Contribute to engineering standards, code reviews, tooling and continuous improvement.
 * Support platform optimisation, including performance and cloud cost management.
