This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people and making technology work smoothly behind the scenes. The IT Support Administrator provides first-line technical support and day-to-day IT administration for Posturite employees. The role is responsible for progressing support requests through to resolution or effective escalation, administering users and devices, maintaining accurate records and helping to keep IT services secure, available and well documented.
