* Import und Verwaltung von Hardware-Hashes im Rahmen von Windows Autopilot
 * Installation, Bereitstellung und Inbetriebnahme neuer Windows-11-Endgeräte mithilfe von Windows Autopilot
 * Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Administration von Microsoft Intune-verwalteten Clients
 * Durchführung von Datenmigrationen nach Microsoft OneDrive
 * Einrichtung und Administration von Microsoft 365, Outlook und Exchange Online
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Standard- und Fachanwendungen
 * Einrichtung von Benutzerprofilen, Netzlaufwerken und Druckern
 * Unterstützung bei Benutzeranmeldungen, Berechtigungen sowie bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
 * Migration und Verwaltung mobiler Endgeräte über Microsoft Intune
