## About the Role

* Erste Berufserfahrung im Vor-Ort-Service oder im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Erfahrung im Imaging sowie in der Konfiguration von Notebooks und PCs
 * Führerschein der Klasse B

## Description

In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Einrichtung und Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen direkt beim Kunden vor Ort und begleiten IT-Projekte wie Rollouts und Standortwechsel., * Einrichtung und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Arbeitsplätzen (PCs, Laptops, Monitore, Dockingstations)

 * Vorbereitung, Installation und individuelle Anpassung der Geräte
 * Erfassung und Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeiten sowie der zugehörigen Serviceanfragen in den internen Systemen
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung festgelegter Qualitätsrichtlinien und -standards
