 * Fachkenntnisse der Windows Client Betriebssysteme (Windows 7, Windows 10)
 * Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in den Versionen 2010, 2016 oder Office 365
 * technische Erfahrung, optimalerweise gesammelt im Vor Ort Service, User Support oder im 1st oder 2nd Level Support, remote oder onsite
 * gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache
