## Description

* Durchführung des vollumfänglichen Windows Onsite Support direkt vor Ort
 * Betreuung und Support von geschäftskritischen technischen Applikationen
 * Analyse, Absprache und gezielte Weiterleitung von Problemen an spezialisierte Fachbereiche wie das Netzwerkteam
 * Sicherstellung des Supports von kritischer Hard- und Software im sensiblen Produktionsbereich
 * Strukturierte Betankung und Installation von Hardware in enger Abstimmung mit dem jeweiligen Fachbereich
