## About the Role

* Fundiertes Know-how im Bereich SAP PS und / oder SAP EPPM inkl. Erfahrungen im Customizing
 * Teil- oder Projektleitungserfahrung in SAP PS oder SAP EPPM wünschenswert
 * Erfahrung in der Geschäftsprozessanalyse und -optimierung sowie in der Konzepterstellung im Rahmen von SAP-Projekten wie z.B. SAP-Einführungen, SAP-Roll-Outs, SAP Carve Outs oder SAP-Harmonisierungsprojekte
 * Gutes bis sehr gutes Prozessverständnis im Bereich SAP PS bzw. SAP EPPM sowie ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
 * Kommunikationsstarke Beraterpersönlichkeit mit Hands On Mentalität und Teamplayermentalitäten sowie Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für die SAP-Beratung
 * Freude an der SAP-Projektarbeit und eine Reisebereitschaft für Kundenprojekte in Deutschland von bis zu 40% im Durchschnitt (variiert je nach Kundenprojekt)
 * Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Begleitung und Realisierung von SAP PS / SAP EPPM Projekten über alle Projektphasen hinweg (Value, Readiness Check, Fit-Gap-Analyse, Detailkonzept, Datenmigration, Entwicklung, Customizing, Test, Go-Live und Hypercare-Phase)
 * Möglichkeit die SAP PS / SAP EPPM Teil- oder Projektleitung zu übernehmen
 * Analyse und Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse im SAP PS / SAP EPPM-Umfeld in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen der Kunden
 * Erstellung von Fachkonzepten und technischen Spezifikationen für die Entwicklungsabteilung sowie Systemanpassungen mittels Customizings in SAP PS / SAP EPPM
 * Konzeption und Integration von innovativen Applikationen im SAP PS / SAP EPPM Umfeld
 * Kompetenter/in Ansprechpartner/in für die Kunden bei SAP PS / SAP EPPM Themen und relevanten Fragestellungen
 * Als SAP Senior Consultant agieren Sie als Mentor für SAP-Trainees und unterstützen im Presales
 * Als SAP Managing Consultant coachen Sie SAP Consultants und Senior Consultant und unterstützen im Presales
