 * Du schreibst sauberen, performanten Code in SQL und Python.
 * Erfahrung mit modernen Data-Ops- und Transformations-Tools wie dbt, Orchestratoren (z. B. Airflow, Dagster, Cloud Native Tools) sowie CI/CD-Pipelines ist ausdrücklich erwünscht.
 * Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und behältst auch bei komplexen Datenströmen stets den Überblick über Konsistenz, Sicherheit und Skalierbarkeit.
 * Du bist kommunikationsstark und verstehst es, technische Konzepte sowohl im Team als auch für Fachbereiche klar zu vermitteln.
