Administration und Betrieb

 - Administration, Überwachung und Optimierung von Windows-Server- und Client-Systemen
 - Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren Betriebs der IT-Infrastruktur
 - Durchführung von Fehleranalysen sowie Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests

Infrastruktur und Weiterentwicklung

 - Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Active Directory, DNS, DHCP und Gruppenrichtlinien (GPO)
 - Verwaltung von Benutzer-, Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten

 - Entwicklung und Pflege von PowerShell-Skripten zur Automatisierung administrativer Prozesse
