## About the Role

* Multiple years of experience in Solution Architecture, specifically within BPO/BPS
 * Strong understanding of digital transformation and BPO/BPS
 * Presale experience of solutioning deals (size of $5 Million to $25 Million) from start to finish
 * Industry knowledge in BFSI, Insurance or Retail
 * Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models
 * Excellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling skills
 * Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, even if not hands-on
 * Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written

## Description

NTT DATA is currently looking for a Principal BPO Solution Architect (f/m/d) DACH remote (+ travel to clients, up to 40%) for our growing team in Germany and the wider DACH region.
Overview
In this Senior role, you will lead the design of end-to-end business process solutions powered by AI agents and decision-support platforms and will act as the bridge between client stakeholders, product teams and engineers. Furthermore, you will map current-state operations and co-create the future-state AI-native architecture - helping to solution new deals as part of our growth agenda for BPO/BPS within NTT DATA., * Understand client workflows (e.g. claims, lending, KYC) and pain points

 * Architect AI-native solutions leveraging modular agentic platforms
 * Define data and process models in collaboration with ontology and ML teams
 * Drive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and tech capabilities
 * Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and drive adoption
 * Work closely together with the Sales team in Germany and Solution team members globally to solution deals
