 * Praxis mit Cloud-Plattformen wie Azure oder AWS wünschenswert
 * Kenntnisse über Automatisierungsverfahren zur Prozessoptimierung
 * Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholder:innen aus Technik & Business sowie externen Dienstleister:innen
 * Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau erforderlich

## Description

* Technische und operative Verantwortung für IT/OT-Services im HEG-Umfeld
 * Anforderungsaufnahme und Übersetzung von Business-Bedarf in nachhaltige IT-Lösungen
 * Durchführung der Architektur-, Sicherheits- und Betriebsreviews vor der Implementierung
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Übergangs vom Projekt zur Betriebsphase (Build-to-Run)
 * 2nd-Level-Support für komplexe Engineering- und Laborumgebungen
 * Verwaltung des Lifecycles von Anwendungen, Plattformen und Infrastruktur (Deployment, Patchen, Upgrade, Stilllegung)
 * Betreuung spezialisierter Hardware, Hochleistungsarbeitsplätze und Netzwerkkonzepte inkl. Segmentierung
 * Überwachung der Service-Stabilität sowie Analyse von Tickets zur Identifikation systemischer Schwachstellen
 * Förderung der Einführung neuer Technologien wie KI-basierte Entwicklungstools unter Einhaltung Governance-Vorgaben
