## Description

Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für alle Probleme der internen IT, dies umfasst:

 * Beantwortung von Anwenderfragen zu Systemen und Applikationen
 * Qualifikation und Dokumentation der Anfragen und Störungen ins Ticket System
 * Pflege der FAQ-Datenbank und Knowledge Base
 * Usermanagement
 * Evaluation, Beschaffung, Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Client Hard- und Software, sowie mobiler Endgeräte
 * Verantwortlich für Fehlerqualifizierung und -behebung bei software- und hardwaretechnischen Problemen der Anwendern
 * Patch Management (Microsoft Betriebssysteme, Antivirus, usw.)
 * Microsoft Server Grundtätigkeiten (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Print- und FileServices)
 * Remote Unterstützung nationaler und internationaler Niederlassungen (kein 24/7-Betrieb)
 * Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen
