## About the Role

* Hochschulstudium in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Mathematik, Physik, Informatik oder Informationstechnologie sowie langjährige Berufserfahrung als Technical Manager:in in projektspezifischen Bereichen oder in der Systemauslegung/-entwicklung
 * Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering (idealerweise INCOSE-zertifiziert), Systems Engineering (model-based) sowie grundlegendes Verständnis militärischer Nutzung und Bedürfnisse, inklusive Formulierung von Vignetten und ConOps
 * Umfassende Produkt- bzw. Systemkenntnisse, insbesondere zum operativen Einsatz der Systeme, sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Applikationen (DOORS, MS-Office, idealerweise MagicDraw)
 * Detaillierte Kenntnis des gültigen Entwicklungsprozesses, Erfahrung in der Führung technischer Produktteams, ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Ausgeprägte Team-, Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit, internationale und interkulturelle Erfahrung sowie ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbereitschaft

 * Fachliche Führung der Basisproduktteams im Engineering über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus zur Sicherstellung der Performance und Wartbarkeit marktgerechter Basisprodukte
 * Analyse von Kunden- und Stakeholder-Anforderungen sowie Kundenmissionen, Ableitung von Einsatzkonzepten (OpsCon) und sämtlichen Anforderungen der internen und externen Stakeholder an das System
 * Erstellung von Spezifikationen und technischen Konzepten sowie Planung, Erstellung und Anpassung diverser Produktartefakte gemäß Produktmanagementprozess
 * Sicherstellung einer kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Performance und Prüfung kunden-/projektspezifischer technischer Anpassungserfordernisse sowie Gewährleistung der technischen Verwendbarkeit der Basisprodukte in Kundenprojekten
 * Technische Begleitung der Produktentwicklung und ggf. Adjustierung der vorliegenden Umsetzung (Design) zur Produktoptimierung und Erhöhung der Nutzbarkeit
