* Qualification: Successfully completed studies in mathematics, (business) informatics, engineering, physics, data science and/or comparable training
 * Wealth of experience & know-how: Ideally 5 years of professional experience, in-depth knowledge of the application of AI engineering methods with tools such as Python. Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning and especially in the field of generative AI, as well as experience in software development and data analysis as well as
 * Focus on Agentic AI: Demonstrable experience, especially in the development of agent systems, RAG systems and LLM pipelines - from conception to production-ready implementation
 * Personality & way of working: Initiative, way of working, analytical way of thinking and conceptual strength as well as the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way
 * Nice-to-have: Experience as a data scientist in the insurance industry
 * Language: Very good written and spoken English and Spanish skills, as well as ideally German language skills
