## Description

* Unterstützung des 2nd-Level-Supports im Tagesgeschäft (ca. 80% Innendienst - 20% Außendienst)
 * Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen per Fernwartung oder telefonisch
 * Administration von Windows-Clients und Windows-Servern
 * Betreuung und Beratung der Kunden in IT-Fragen
 * Installation von Hard- und Softwarelösungen im Rechenzentrum oder beim Kunden vor Ort
 * Unterstützung bei Updates, Monitoring und laufender Systempflege
