## Description

* Analyse, Klassifikation und Bearbeitung von Incidents & Service Requests
 * Mitarbeit bei Rollouts, Updates und Tests von Applikationen
 * Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden unter Einsatz unseres Datenbanksystem-Portfolios
 * Erstellung und Verwaltung von Backups sowie Wiederherstellung von Daten im Falle eines Datenverlustes.
 * Durchführung von Performance-Analysen und Tuning von Datenbankabfragen
 * Beratung in den Bereichen Datenverfügbarkeit, -integrität und -sicherheit
 * Durchführung von Workshops zur Wissensvermittlung
