## Description

Aujourd'hui, nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients, un Technicien support informatique H/Fet vous présentons les points clés du poste :

 * Poste en CDI
 * Basé à Strasbourg Sud / Erstein
 * Secteur du commerce de détails et de gros

Au sein d'un service support de 8 personnes, vos missions seront :

 * Traiter les demandes utilisateurs (appels, tickets)
 * Assister les utilisateurs sur les incidents d'ordre matériel et logiciel
 * Gérer la maintenance et l'évolution quotidienne du parc informatique
