 - Coordonner les équipes techniques et la montée en compétence des équipes délocalisées en Inde.
 - Superviser l'administration des systèmes (Linux / Windows) et les sauvegardes.
 - Être un point central pour résoudre les incidents complexes, en mobilisant les bonnes ressources autour de la table.
