## Description

Nous recherchons des techniciens helpdesk et de support de proximité ( niveau 2 ) pour de la longue mission sur Paris,

Mission,

 - Assurer le support utilisateurs de niveau 2,

 - Prendre en charge les demandes liées à une nouvelle application d'authentification :

 - Assistance à la commande et au suivi des clés d'authentification.

 - Accompagnement des utilisateurs jusqu'à leur première connexion (mot de passe, accès, vérifications).

 - Réceptionner, qualifier et traiter les sollicitations via les différents canaux : téléphone, e-mails et tickets.

 - Créer, mettre à jour et suivre les tickets dans l'outil de ticketing.

 - Réaliser des diagnostics à distance sur environnements Windows

 - Utiliser des outils de prise en main à distance pour assister les utilisateurs.

 - Escalader les incidents vers le niveau 3 lorsque nécessaire, en fournissant des tickets clairs et complets.

 - Appliquer rigoureusement les procédures et consignes mises à disposition
