## Description

Sous la responsabilité du Chef de service Informatique, vous assurez le bon fonctionnement, la maintenance et la sécurité du parc informatique et des réseaux sur l'ensemble de nos sites : - Support & Assistance : Traitement et suivi des tickets d'incidents (GLPI) ; assistance technique et pédagogique auprès des enseignants, élèves et personnels administratifs. - Maintenance & Gestion du parc : Installation, paramétrage et maintenance (Windows, Linux, Apple) ; gestion de la flotte de tablettes (Apple School Manager, Jamf) ; déploiement des outils de sécurité (DeepFreeze, Sophos, Ubiquiti). - Réseaux & Sécurité : Contrôle de la conformité des sauvegardes de données ; suivi de l'infrastructure réseau (câblage, VLAN, règles de filtrage, Wi-Fi) ; gestion des accès et mots de passe, * Administrer un système d'informations

 * Apporter une assistance technique aux équipes
 * Diagnostiquer la nature et l'origine des incidents et mettre en oeuvre les mesures correctives
 * Installer et intégrer le matériel (station, équipement réseau, périphériques, ...) dans l'environnement de production et configurer les ressources logistiques et physiques
