* Proven experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role.
 * Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration.
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
 * Network support and troubleshooting experience.
 * Experience supporting Google Workspace environments.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Desirable

 * Previous experience working within a school, college, university, or education environment.
 * Experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments.
 * Knowledge of safeguarding requirements within educational settings.

Compliance Requirements

 * Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS or be eligible and willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
 * Available to start ASAP

## Description

* Provide 2nd line technical support to staff and users.
 * Support and administer Microsoft Active Directory environments.
 * Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365/Office 365 services.
 * Support Google Workspace applications and administration.
 * Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and connectivity issues.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
 * Support hardware, software, printers, devices, and classroom technology.
 * Escalate complex incidents where required and work collaboratively with wider IT teams.
 * Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of support tickets.
