We are looking for a self-motivated individual who enjoys learning, innovative problem-solving, and collaborating with others to help deliver high-quality data solutions that support critical statewide services. The ITM I for the Data Analytics & Visualization Section serves as the technical and managerial lead for a team of data analysts, data engineers, and other technical staff who support department-wide analytical needs. This position is responsible for managing the development of reports, analytic datasets, statistical models, dashboards, automated reporting pipelines, and technical documentation that enable data-driven decision-making across tax programs and operational units. The Information Management Section Manager provides direction on analytic methodologies, coding standards, data quality, and project management to ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable insights. Additionally, this position collaborates with internal customers to define analytic requirements, prioritize incoming requests, and align workload with strategic goals.
