## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in relevant engineering
 * 1+ years of experience in system integration and/or testing
 * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Aerospace) or Physics
 * 2+ years of experience with test planning, test execution, laboratory operations, and test analysis principles
 * 2+ years of experience developing test documentation such as test plans, procedures, and reports
 * Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
 * Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

 * Preferred Skills
 * Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams
 * 3+ years of experience in Integration and Test (I&T) working with hardware integration, with a focus on sensor integration
 * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
 * Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing complex test data and providing recommendations for product design improvements
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
 * Strong attention to detail for ensuring accurate and reliable test results
 * Empowerment to drive mutually beneficial solutions when a clear answer is not readily visible
 * Hands-on experience with test fixture design, test procedure development, and Development Verification Test (DVT)
 * Experience with Environmental Qualification Testing and with EMI Testing

## Description

Support system integration and qualification initiatives by developing and executing subsystem and system-level integration and test activities, supporting test events and laboratory operations, and providing engineering evaluations and anomaly resolution for new and existing products., * Generate and execute subsystem and system-level integration and test plans and procedures

 * Support preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events
 * Assist with Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification Tests, including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for new hardware
 * Investigate failures and support resolution of hardware, software, and test equipment anomalies occurring during system and subsystem testing
 * Provide engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to the existing missile
 * Lead laboratory operations to ensure compliance, 6S, and regular audits and inspections
 * Coordinate with the Engineering Operations Directorate to strengthen working relationships
