## About the Role

* High School Diploma or GED Required
 * 2+ years experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, practice management software, and clearinghouses.
 * Strong understanding of the full revenue cycle: patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections.

## Description

* Strong customer service skills; following up and answering client calls and emails; prompt return and follow up to all interactions; prompt response to requests for information, both internally and externally.
 * Gather required documentation and information for our Payer Enrollment team.
 * Training to clients on the overall use of Billing Software by providing an overview, key configuration and demonstrating common workflows.
 * Supporting clients post go live on claims related questions, denials, and other scenarios where clarifications may be needed.
 * Guide clients in Practice Fusion EHR to input details in the required settings for billing setup.
 * Provide education on billing workflows within Practice Fusion EHR.
 * Understand the integration and data flow between Practice Fusion EHR and Billing Software.
 * Complies and enforces all policies and procedures related to the position, the department, and the company.
 * Achieve goals set forth by supervisor.
