 * Installiere, konfiguriere und warte PCs, Laptops und Peripheriegeräte sowie mobile Datenerfassungsgeräte und Drucker
 * Unterstütze beim Aufbau und der Pflege von Server- und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
 * Mitwirke bei der Einführung workflow-basierter IT-Services und optimiere Serviceabläufe
 * Koordiniere externe Dienstleister und begleite Rollouts und Standortbetreuungen vor Ort
