## About the Role

Wir suchen erfahrene Projektleiter:innen und Consultants mit fundiertem Branchenverständnis und hoher Umsetzungsstärke.

 * Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Leitung und/oder Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten zur Einführung von Softwarelösungen, idealerweise im Umfeld Produktion, Logistik, Supply Chain oder angrenzenden Bereichen
 * Erfahrung mit APS-Systemen, vergleichbarer Planungs- oder Industriesoftware wünschenswert
 * Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Produktions- und Logistikprozesse
 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams sowie in der Umsetzung technischer Lösungen
 * Hohe Eigenverantwortung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
 * Flexibilität und Offenheit für neue Technologien und Arbeitsweisen, vor allem im Hinblick auf den Einsatz von KI-gestützten Tools
 * Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
 * Deutsch (C1+) und Englisch (mind. B2) sowie Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30%)

Technisches Plus (kein Muss)

 * Grundkenntnisse in einer Programmiersprache oder Konfigurationssprache (z. B. Python, JavaScript o. ä.)
 * Datenbankkenntnisse
 * Erfahrung mit SAP ERP oder anderen ERP-Systemen

## Description

In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Projekte im Umfeld der digitalen Produktionsplanung. Als Senior Consultant bewegst Du Dich sicher zwischen Kunde, Fachbereich und Technik und treibst Projekte aktiv voran - von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum Go-Live, technisch fundiert, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.

 * Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten im Bereich Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS)
 * Aufnahme, Analyse und Strukturierung von Kundenanforderungen im Kontext Produktionsplanung und Supply Chain Planning
 * Entwicklung und Abstimmung von Lösungskonzepten mit Kunden, Consulting- und Entwicklungsteam
 * Aktive Steuerung der Kundenkommunikation sowie Moderation von Workshops und Abstimmungen
 * Test, Inbetriebnahme und Go-Live-Begleitung inkl. Schulung von Anwendern
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur erfolgreichen Projektumsetzung
