## Description

* Entwicklung und Implementierung von Erweiterungen und Features auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central und AL
 * Analyse von Kunden- und Marktanforderungen sowie Überführung in nachhaltige und wartbare Softwarelösungen
 * Konzeption und Realisierung von Integrationen und Schnittstellen zu Drittanbietersystemen
 * Sicherstellung hoher Softwarequalität durch sauberen Code, automatisierte Tests und CI/CD-Prozesse
 * Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung moderner Entwicklungsstandards und Softwarearchitekturen
 * Unterstützung agiler Arbeitsweisen und Mitwirkung an Sprint-Planungen, Reviews oder Retrospektiven
 * Fachliche Begleitung und Unterstützung von Junior-Entwicklern sowie Auszubildenden
 * Weitergabe von Wissen und Best Practices innerhalb des Entwicklungsteams
