## Description

* Betreuung von IT-Kundeninfrastrukturen im Bereich der (Mobilen-) Endgeräte, Hardware und Drucker
 * Fehleranalyse und -beseitigung vor Ort sowie Rollout-Unterstützung
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software per Remote- oder Onsite-Support
 * fachliches Eskalationsmanagement und Unterstützung im IT Service Desk bzw. Helpdesk
 * Pflege der Dokumentationen und Optimierung der Abläufe, * Tarifgebundener Vertrag (GVP)
 * Festes Monatsgehalt inklusive übertarifliche Bezahlung
 * Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
 * Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld nach GVP
 * Vergütung nach Equal-Pay-Modell
