 * Analyse von Störungen sowie eigenständige Behebung von technischen Problemen
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs im First- und Second-Level-Support
 * Installation, Einrichtung und Wartung von Hardware und Software
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen, Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
 * Unterstützung und Schulung der Anwender im Umgang mit IT-Systemen
