## About the Role

* abgeschlossene IT Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT Kundenbetreuer, IT System Elektroniker, IT System Kaufmann, Servicetechniker IT, Informationselektroniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation beziehungsweise Erfahrung
 * idealerweise technische Erfahrung im vor Ort Service oder im Usersupport
 * Kenntnisse der Windows Client Betriebssysteme (Windows 7, Windows 10) sowie der MS Office Produkte
 * Wissen über Hardware IT Endgeräte wie Notebooks, Desktops oder Smartphones
 * sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

## Description

* unterstützen die User bei allen Anfragen zu Microsoft Windows und der Microsoft Office Produktpalette
 * erstellen die gesamte IT Dokumentation über das Ticketsystem
 * bearbeiten sämtliche eingehenden Anfragen im IT Servicedesk oder Helpdesk auf First oder Second Level Niveau, abhängig von Projekt und Ihren IT Kenntnissen
