 * Be an early applicant, * Bereitstellung von First-Level Support für alle IT-bezogenen Anfragen und Probleme der Mitarbeiter
 * Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen und Anfragen, sowie Weiterleitung an entsprechende Fachabteilungen bei Bedarf
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Computern, Druckern, Netzwerken und anderen IT-Geräten
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen zu IT-Prozessen und -Systemen, sowie regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die IT-Leitung
 * Durchführung von Schulungen für Mitarbeiter zur Nutzung von IT-Systemen und -Anwendungen
