* Planen und umsetzten von Kundenprojekten in den Bereichen; Server- und Desktopsysteme, IT-Infrastruktur und weitere Hard- & Software-Integrationen in der Unternehmens-IT.
 * Betreuung und Administration von Kundensystemen.
 * Austausch mit dem 1st Level Support.
 * 2nd Level Kundensupport am Telefon und beim Kunden vor Ort.
 * Führen und Erstellen von technischen Dokumentationen.
