 - Aufnahme, Priorisierung, Bearbeitung und Lösung von IT-Support-Tickets; Status-Updates an Benutzer
 - Eskalation komplexer Vorfälle an Senior IT-Mitarbeiter, mit klarer Kommunikation
 - Verwaltung von Asset-, MAM- und MDM-Lösungen; Intune-Monitoring und -Troubleshooting
 - Windows Autopilot-Bereitstellung, Azure AD-Administration (Benutzer/Geräte, Conditional Access, Hybridumgebungen) und Dokumentation
 - Unterstützung von On-Call-Schichten und Mitarbeit an Infrastrukturprojekten
