* Fundiertes Know-how im Bereich SAP Entwicklung mit SAP ABAP/OO, sowie einschlägige Praxiserfahrung als Softwarearchitekt

 * Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
 * Kommunikationsstarke Beraterpersönlichkeit mit hands-on Mentalität und Teamplayermentalitäten sowie Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für die SAP-Beratung
 * Freude an der SAP-Projektarbeit und eine Reisebereitschaft für Kundenprojekte in Deutschland von bis zu 60% im Durchschnitt (variiert je nach Kundenprojekt)
 * Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Begleitung und Realisierung von SAP Entwicklungsprojekten über alle Projektphasen hinweg (Value, Readiness Check, Fit-Gap-Analyse, Detailkonzept, Datenmigration, Entwicklung, Test, Go-Live und Hypercare-Phase)
 * Steuerung der digitalen Transformation der Beratungskunden und Implementierung und Optimierungen der SAP System Architektur
 * Aktive Gestaltung neuer Unternehmensprozesse und deren Optimierung, sowie die Möglichkeit Ihre eigenen Lösungsvorschläge und kreativen Ideen einzubringen
 * Als SAP Senior Entwickler auch Mentoring von SAP-Trainees und Unterstützung im Presales
