* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Supports durch Bearbeitung und Priorisierung von Anfragen über Telefon, E-Mail und Ticket-System
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie transparente Kommunikation im Supportprozess
 * Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und koordinativen Aufgaben im IT-Tagesgeschäft
 * Gewährleistung der Verfügbarkeit von IT-Ausstattung und Software für alle Mitarbeitenden
 * Bereitstellung, Pflege und Wartung von Hard- und Software
 * IT-seitige Begleitung des Onboardings neuer Kolleg*innen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Support und Systemadministration zur Optimierung der IT-Services
