Do you enjoy solving technical problems, working directly with people and providing IT support that goes beyond simply handling tickets?, * Have previous experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Helpdesk or Onsite Support

 * Have a good understanding of common hardware and software environments
 * Can analyse technical issues in a structured way and resolve them independently whenever possible
 * Enjoy working directly with users
 * Have a strong customer and service-oriented mindset
 * Are approachable, friendly and confident in communicating with others
 * Take initiative and ownership of your tasks
 * Remain structured and solution-oriented when handling several requests at the same time
 * Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting your colleagues
 * Have very good English skills; German skills are an advantage

## Description

As part of our Onsite IT Support Team, you will be one of the first points of contact for employees experiencing technical issues or requiring IT assistance., * Providing face-to-face IT support and walk-in support

 * Receiving, processing and documenting incidents and service requests
 * Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
 * Supporting users with laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and applications
 * Setting up, configuring and deploying IT hardware
 * Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding
 * Preparing and providing IT equipment for new employees
 * Supporting mobile devices and mobile communication services
 * Providing technical support for meeting and conference rooms
 * Supporting hardware ordering, inventory management and asset management
 * Maintaining accurate asset and inventory information
 * Documenting and following up on support cases within the ticketing system
 * Routing and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate support teams
 * Working closely with local and international IT teams
 * Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, documentation and support services, * The opportunity to work within a modern, international e-commerce environment
