## Description

* Strategische Ausrichtung des Fachbereichs sowie Abstimmung mit anderen Improvement Engineers innerhalb der Produktentwicklung
 * Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung von Arbeitsmethoden und Vorgaben im Bereich der Steuerungstechnik
 * Standardisierung von Software- und Steuerungs-Lösungen (Bibliotheken, Templates, Wiederverwendung) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Produkt Teams
 * Stakeholder und Knowledge Management (Dokumentation, Schulungen, etc.)
 * Technische Beratung der Product Teams und Einspruchsrecht bei wesentlichen fachlichen Entscheidungen
 * Bewertung neuer Technologien und Use Cases sowie Ableitung von Empfehlungen
 * Identifikation und Bewertung von Entwicklungs- und Produktrisiken (inkl. Safety-Aspekten)
