 * Deployment & Automation: Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows Autopilot, modernem Patch Management, Softwareverteilung sowie BIOS- und Treiberpaketierung. PowerShell und Automatisierung gehören für dich selbstverständlich dazu.
 * Security & Infrastructure: Erfahrung mit SentinelOne sowie Know-how in der Microsoft-Welt, z. B. Entra ID, Active Directory und Microsoft 365, runden dein Profil ab. Du verstehst Security-Baselines, Hardening-Richtlinien und Endpoint-Security-Anforderungen.
 * Soft Skills & Mindset: Du arbeitest gerne im Team, denkst serviceorientiert und bringst Innovationsfreude sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit. Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie eine moderate Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands setzen wir voraus.

* Endpoint Management: Du verantwortest den Betrieb, die Pflege und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Windows-11-Client-Umgebung mit rund 2.000 Endgeräten.
 * Microsoft Intune & MECM/SCCM: Du administrierst und optimierst unsere Endpoint-Management-Plattformen und gestaltest den Übergang zu modernen, cloudbasierten Management-Ansätzen aktiv mit.
 * Modern Deployment: Du orchestrierst und verbesserst unsere Windows-Autopilot- und Rollout-Prozesse für ein möglichst nahtloses "Out-of-the-Box"-Erlebnis.
 * Lifecycle & Software: Du planst, paketierst und verteilst Software, Sicherheitsupdates sowie BIOS- und Treiberpakete global und zuverlässig.
 * Automation: Du reduzierst manuelle Aufwände durch PowerShell-Skripte und moderne Automatisierungslösungen.
 * Support & Prozesse: Du unterstützt im Rahmen unserer ITSM-Prozesse bei Incident, Problem und Change Management und löst komplexe Hardware- und Softwareanfragen und dokumentierst sie in unserem Ticketsystem.
 * Collaboration & Dokumentation: Du arbeitest eng mit Teams wie Infrastructure Solutions und IT Security zusammen und dokumentierst Lösungen nachhaltig in unserer Wissensdatenbank.
